multi level barn with view

New Construction

Multi-Function Barn

This three-level barn was designed to serve multiple purposes. Enter through the high drive on the second floor and you will find five horse stalls, a tack room, a wash stall, and a property management office. The ground level houses two horse stalls, a mechanical room, a full bathroom and a multi-purpose work area. The horse stalls feature custom-made, steel-framed oak doors and partitions. The top floor serves as a gathering place for family and friends to enjoy the home theater or to create their own stage performances - complete with theater lighting and electric motorized blackout shades. This space also contains a kitchenette, built-in sofas with trundle beds, and a 3/4 bathroom. (To read more about this property, see Cole, Regina, "Up on the Farm." New England Home.Web.
