Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of estimating experience in all phases of residential construction.
- Proficiency with CAD.
- Advanced level of field experience.
- Proficiency with estimating and project management software (Sage 100 experience preferred) and with Microsoft products, especially Word, Excel & MS Project.
- Associate or bachelor's degree in an industry-related field, such as construction management or building science; or trade school and comparable experience.
Skill/Specialty:
- Proven ability to understand and use blueprints and other project planning/technical documents.
- Thorough knowledge of the construction industry and building techniques; familiarity with building codes, laws and regulations.
- Ability to define schedules and job sequencing

We are in search of a High-Quality, Professional Painter with eight to ten (8-10) years of experience in the painting trade.
Requirements:
Performs a variety of high skill-level residential painting of interior and exterior of homes.
Skill/Specialty:
- Covers surfaces with drop cloths or masking tape and paper to protect surfaces during painting.
- Calculates amounts of required materials and estimates costs, based on surface measurements and/or work orders.
- Mixes and matches colors of paint, stain, or varnish with oil and thinning and drying additives in order to obtain desired colors and consistency. Provides samples of paint with different aging techniques, layering choices, etc. upon request from the project manager.
- Develops special finishing techniques such as sponging, ragging, layering or faux finishing.
- Fills cracks, holes, and joints with caulk, putty, plaster or other fillers, using caulking guns or putty knives.
- Applies paint or sealers to prepare new surfaces, such as bare wood or metal for finish coats.
- Polishes final coats to specified finish.
- Properly disposes of materials and rags.
- Carefully removes fixtures such as pictures, doorknobs, lamp hardware, and electrical switch covers prior to painting. Properly labels and carefully packages and stores same.
- Removes old finishes by stripping, sanding, wire brushing or using water and/or abrasive blasting.
- Erects scaffolding or sets up ladders to work above ground level.
- Utilizes Personal Protective Equipment as required.
- Drywall Taping and repair experience necessary.
- Plastering experience, a plus.

- Orders supplies for paint room.
