Housewright took this 1980s Lakeside Cottage and gave it a fresh look! The cottage is now a little more modern with a touch of industrial style, which include accent beams and large windows to allow for more natural sunlight. There was a significant amount of structural rehab that took place due to the original framing of the roof and the wall system. Our team worked diligently to upgrade the cottage structurally and aesthetically to create a more comfortable and energy efficient home for the client.

Housewright expanded the bathrooms and showers to be more spacious. We Increased the size of the showers to be more spacious. We updated the kitchen with modern cabinets and appliances, custom backsplash and new lighting throughout. We also added a screened in porch addition along with an open air farmers porch for seasonal entertaining.
