Housewright was asked by this client to take this colonial style home and turn it into a contemporary style home, with detail and character. The client required more space to accommodate their growing family. We made great use of the existing footprint of the home by finishing unused space without building an addition.

We integrated a finished basement, with a full bath, an additional bedroom, living room, home office and a playroom for the client’s children. We also renovated the client’s master bedroom creating a master bedroom en suite with spacious his and her closets, a bedroom fireplace and a laundry area.
