1700's Cape

Designed by Jim Drummond, AIA, NCARB, at Black River Design Architects, this 1700's historic cape renovation incorporates the original character of this historic property with new construction that melds seamlessly. We added a new garage, breezeway, master bedroom and new home gym and renovated the existing structure to create a cohesive flow throughout. In addition, a new barn style guest house was added for visiting relatives to relax and have their own space.
